Sr. Media Development Manager

AudienceScience, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Media Development Manager within the Media Development team. Reporting to the Director of Media Development, the successful candidate's primary responsibility is to support strategic publisher account management and business development initiatives leveraging the AudienceScience Network™.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Media Development Manager is responsible for accomplishing the objectives and responsibilities outlined below:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with strategic premium publishers
  • Optimization and management of strategic publisher accounts, including but not limited to, maximizing our publisher value proposition
  • Utilize consultative approach to understand the publishers’ needs and how they align with their ad guidelines and site specifications
  • Pro-active approach to analysis and technical needs for Marketplace publishers
  • In-depth understanding of technical management of display advertising
  • In-depth understanding of publisher integration and pixel formatting
  • In-depth understanding and management of Marketplace supply/demand balance
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to align efforts
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of company's technology, products, and services
  • Attend regular meetings and company meetings as deemed appropriate by management
  • Follow established processes and procedures for all company operations
  • Support Company's corporate culture including adhering to established ethical standards

Requirements/Skills:

  • A minimum of three years in the interactive advertising space
  • Experience across multiple platform solutions
  • Knowledge and experience around industry privacy policies and initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience managing audience data sources
  • Knowledge and experience managing debug logs
  • Superior track record of customer service
  • Superior track record cultivating business development leads
  • Proven leadership within the industry and participation within local organizations
  • Possess strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written) and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely
  • Must be capable of prioritization of multiple tasks in a deadline sensitive environment
  • Must possess ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Must possess strong work ethic necessary for success in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
