Sales Coordinator
RSI has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator within the Media Sales team.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Media, the successful candidate's primary responsibility
is to support the sales and media development teams. Specifically the job duties include:
Sales
- Salesforce reporting, data entry, and lead processing
- Salesforce productivity reporting – we need to have significantly more information about how
each sales rep is performing including items such as: monthly booked revenue; SKU revenue; average size
campaigns; closing ratios; pipeline analysis; territory penetration.
- Competitive tracking – we need to keep an eye on competitive offerings, advertising they are
running (by watching well known sites), etc
- Managing credit applications, prepayments, and billing and collections issues for sales dept
(alerting reps to issues, helping coordinating collection, etc.)
- Reporting, forecasting, trends for executive consumption including vertical sales, etc.
- Inbound RFP coordination and outbound distribution
- DASH reporting, post and pre-campaign reporting and trends analysis
- Contracts/IO coordination
Media Development
- New publisher account set up and QA
- Compliance/Network Quality via regular review and monitoring of referring URL reports, etc
- Manage RMXDP and Linked applications
- Will assist with publisher analysis – > fill and rate reports, trends, etc.
- Support any additional technical or analytical needs to help rest of team to focus on higher level priorities
Marketing
- Local event coordination, training, registration
- Sales presentation creation, customization, prep and distribution
- Coordination of campaign analysis reporting with clients, client services, and sales
- Sending out welcome kits to new advertisers and publishers
- Collateral supply updates, mailings and management
Misc
- Slides/prep for weekly mtgs
- Trends analysis
- Office management: mail/shipping/supplies/maintenance
Required experience
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
- Accounting, bookkeeping, or other P&L or finance experience
- Finance or Business degree or experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
