Position Summary:
Based in our Hamburg office, the position is supporting the AudienceScience Technical Account Management team within their daily work in managing, optimizing and reporting Connect campaigns for key clients in several European countries. The role is accountable for assisting the technical account managers in identifying and solving issues.
Essential Functions:
- Booking campaigns in Connect, our online media transaction platform, keeping track of all necessary steps and acting proactively to meet timelines
- Monitor campaigns
- Report on campaigns. Share reports with all involved departments and clients
- Direct customer communication (under supervision)
- Optimize campaigns under direct supervision of the technical account managers
- Solve standard issues on your own in direct cooperation with clients and service providers
- Provide decision making support to the technical account managers
- Keeping track of competitors and new developments in our sector
- Monitoring traffic on the Connect marketplace
- Successfully completed the first years of studies
- Business-fluent English is essential
- Base knowledge of Internet technologies like HTML or JavaScript
- Good knowledge of Excel
- First experience in display online marketing preferable
- Second and/ or third European language preferable
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on your own within a defined scope of duties
- Very precise way of working
- Good communications skills
- Willingness to fulfill repetitive tasks
