Deb Nielsen

As VP of Human Resources for AudienceScience, Deb is responsible for driving the HR strategy and managing the core infrastructure. During her tenure with AudienceScience she has been instrumental in building a culture that is central to our most valuable asset—our people. Deb has been with the company since its inception, serving in a variety of recruiting and operational capacities. Prior to AudienceScience Deb has served in various human resource roles for many successful Seattle area high-tech companies. With over 10 years of experience in human resources and recruiting, she holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Puget Sound and has her SPHR certification.
